Unless you asked specific permission from Disney and have a written document saying that you have permission to use this, you are not only violating dA rules, but actually several copyright laws. please take this down.

That applies to USING A BASE- A BASE-created by someone else. You are CREATING a base out of art that is heavily copyrighted.

Oh? Well, I've already got you beaten. Traced Bases is a CATEGORY. Along with Original Bases, Adopted Bases, and Bases. Right under Pixel Art.

yes it is. and I'm sure that they mean "you can violate any copyright laws you'd like because this is an option." It's an option if you have permission from the creator.
